hello blog.so sorry.it has been five days since i have last blogged.cuz my modem was out of order.just got it done up yesterday.today is the 17th of july.another usual saturday.today i went for training in the morning.quite slack though.roger(a swimming physio)taught us a lot of swiss ball exercise and new trigger bal techniques,learned a lot from roger.he's the best swimming physio i have seen man.the trigger ball exercise was fun.i must say that it was rather reliefing although there were a lot of trigger points.
yesterday was a real good day.went for morning training,and then to school and back to the swimming pool(so called my second home).morining training was tiring.well,why is it called a training if it is not tough and tiring?yeah.after all,i am doing it for myself.not my coach.after morining training,i almost did not want to go to school lor.so tired already then still must go to school.no choice man.missed two days of school(tuesday and wednesday)already.a lot of work to catch up because of the inter-school swimming nationals.so i went to school.nothing changed.the teachers were nagging their heads off.but who cares.tell u i fell asleep during lessons lor.cuz the lesson(Religious Moral Education(RME)) was so boring(as usual),used the big blue file and cover my head.the teacher did not even see or catch me man.all thanks to my friend.i told him to wake me up when the lesson ended.this friend of mine did not betray me.the last period(Personal Social Education(PSE))of the day was rather disgusting.i got disgusted by the disgusting teacher.he was teaching us on first aid and all that stuff.tying a bandage and more.half way throygh the lesson,he talked about the passion of the christ.all the wounds and cuts that our lord have suffered.damn disgusting lor.after school i went to the swimming pool.that afternoon's set was tough man.all the best form and freestyle.after training,i went to my friends house for a prayer session.after all the praying and worshiping,i engaged in a game of soccer.fun though.reached home at about 11 plus.lucky this morining no needa swim.otherwise,i will definately die.so late still not asleep then how to train.
the schools nationals are finally over.so depressed with myself man.under-estimated my abilities.i only improved 1 placing.that was all.but i am very happy.my school(Saint Joesph's Instituition(SJI)) B division boys got 4th.so got $200.good right.teacher say that we'll go for dinner.haha. that is all i am going to write.got to go for training later.hope it is not a hard set.i don't mind a spriting set.
